”Fast Terrain” Method

If the sub base of a stadium is right and the sod is degraded, a quick but high-quality replacement is the solution. 

Application method: 

• Specialized machine removes the sod with a layer of soil from 2-4 cm. (Figure 1) 
• A specialized machine (laser) flattens the surface smoothing the "potholes" or small elevations. (Figure 2) 
• Decompression of the flattened substrate takes place. (Figure 3) 
• New sod is being placed with the method of Big Slab or Big Roll (sod pieces 1m wide x 40m long). (Figures 4.1 & 4.2) 
• This method can be applied on a football field (main or training center) in 4-5 days and afterwards, there is the potential to be in use after 2-3 weeks, depending on weather conditions. Due to the speed and reliability of the method it may be applied during the championship, provided that the football field will be free for three season games.
